Fire Element Rainbow Agate Boho Earrings

We love the funkiness of these earrings, they have a little bit of everything.  The brass triangle at the top represents the fire element.  They carry the masculine energy of action and "doing".  This is balanced by the fun little fringe at the bottom which represents the feminine energy of lightness and fun with a little protection thrown in for good measure.  The two earrings are slightly different from each other but together make a balanced pair.  They have tassels, rainbow agate beads, brass beads and rings, Mal de Ojos (or evil eyes for protection), a collection of celestial charms (crescent moons on one and stars on the other), and white feathers (these were gifted to us from momma earth).  They are placed on brass ear hooks.

Mal de Ojo is a protective symbol seen in a plethora of cultures and religions around the world and references can be traced back to 3000 BC in ancient Egypt.  It is the belief that jealousy, negative thought, or malice can create illness within the body.  The Mal de Ojo is trusted to ward off the evil eye. 

Rainbow agate brings abundance and fullness into all areas of life and encourages enjoyment of each moment. Rainbow agate creates a peaceful inner and outer environment and encourages you to remain centered in times of strife and confusion while bringing stability and hope. This stone is a reminder that life can be fun and beautiful.

The length of the earring at its longest point is approximately 7.2" from the arch of the earring wire to the tip of the longest feather, with the fringe ending at approximately 4.75". The brass triangle measures approximately 1.25" in height and width.
